Get to Know Me

Beth, a native of Middle Tennessee, graduated from the University of Middle Tennessee with a BS degree in Public Relations and Advertising. She is married to Nashville native, Tom Molteni; Partner in Nucleus, a bank services company. They have three children: Maria Molteni, visual artist, residing in Boston, Massachusetts; Anna Molteni Moore, Marriage and Family Counselor residing in Nashville, married to Zach Moore, Sr VP of Hodges Ward and Elliott Max Molteni, Nashville resident employed by Tomson Reuters/Capital Confirmation married to Kimberly Molteni, manager with Eakin Partners commercial real estate.

For the past 33 years I have been a constant student of real estate and marketing, seeking new and creative ways to market my listings and serve my buyers and sellers more effectively.  I love my work and I am extremely fortunate to have a strong network of friends and associates from my long history of living, working and volunteering in the community who refer wonderful clients to me. I am energized as each buyer or property owner that I represent offers a unique challenge. As I strive to give each person my full attention and loyalty, my ultimate goal is that each one feels like my ONLY client and is completely satisfied with choosing me as their real estate professional.
